Deluxe Studio Apartment in city center is located on the 3rd floor of an elegant building (with elevator) standing in a private park guarded by security service 24/7 and CCTV video surveillance system (Closed Circuit TeleVision).
You will enjoy this cozy and fancy loft with deluxe contemporary decor, fully furnished kitchenette, provate bathroom with shower room, cloakroom and two small balconies. The apartment is very comfortable for two people but three will fit thanks to the extra bed.
With the smart radiant floor heating and air conditioning system you can control room temperature in every season of the year.
The apartment is provided with smart tv, strong box safe with code, wi-fi, king size bed, fresh linens/sheets and towels, free toiletries, espresso coffee maker and washing machine. You can also book a parking space with an extra charge.

The apartment is located in the heart of Vomero, hilltop neighbourhood of Naples, always a safe and elegant place, full of shops, bars and restaurants and well connected to all areas of the city.
Our facility is about 200 m from the Metro Line 1 (Medaglie d’Oro station and Salvator Rosa station), 500 m from the Centrale and Chiaia funiculars, 4.5 km from the Napoli Centrale railway station and 7 km from the Napoli Capodichino airport.
Breakfast
Our guests can have breakfast every day from 7:00 am to 11:00 am at the “Delight Caffè” bar in Piazza dell’Immacolata n. 7 (about 200 meters from the B&B) enjoying it comfortably at the table or counter.
For each night of stay in our facility, a breakfast voucher will be issued that will allow each guest to taste three products of their choice among those listed below:
- coffee / espresso / latte / cappuccino / tea / hot chocolate / water
- croissant / brioche / buondì / pastry / clip / muffin
- juice / fresh orange juice

Prices are different according to the period of the year.
Low season means:
- from January 8th to April 30th (Easter holidays excluded)
- from September 1st to December 18th
High season means:
- the months of May-June-July-August
- Christmas: from 19/12 to 7/1
- Easter: from Holy Thursday to Monday of the Angel

Cleaning of the apartment and change of linen
Both are included in the price.
The cleaning of the apartment and the change of towels and bath towels are carried out at each check-out and every three days of stay, in the absence of the guests, between 11:00 am and 02:00 pm.
The change of sheets is made at each check-out and every seven days of stay, in the absence of the guests, between 11:00 am and 02:00 pm.
However it is possible to agree with the host the days and times of cleaning the apartment and changing the linen.
Additional cleaning of the apartment will be carried out, on request, with an additional cost of € 10 per day.
The change of additional linen will be made, on request, with an additional cost of € 5 per person.
